Yes, all of our products are handmade with great care to ensure quality and uniqueness in every piece

Can I request a fully custom design?

Absolutely! We’re happy to create a fully customized design based on your taste and personal idea. but please note that the design must be a simple sketch, symbols, or text, which we will then transform into a fitting design.

Can you write a name or a special message on the gift?

Yes, we can write the recipient’s name or a short message on the gift or on an attached card, according to your request

Can I send a picture or a specific idea for a custom design?

Yes, you can share a simple outline image, symbols, or text, and we will turn it into a design that fits our style and products

Do you offer gift wrapping options? And can they be customized?

Yes, we offer elegant gift wrapping options, with the possibility to customize colors and messages as desired

Are the products always in stock or made to order?

Our products are not kept in stock. All items are made to order and created individually based on the customer’s request.

Can I preview the gift before it’s made?

Yes, we can send a digital preview of the final design before shipping, especially if the gift is fully customized

Are there any restrictions on the type of phrases or symbols allowed on the products?

Yes, we ensure that all phrases are respectful and non-offensive. We do not allow political, religious, or inappropriate content and reserve the right to decline anything that does not fit our policy

Do you include an invoice inside the package?

No, we do not include an invoice inside the package if the gift is sent to someone else. You can choose to receive the invoice by email only

How do I take care of the product?

We recommend keeping the product in a dry place, away from moisture and heat. Gently wipe it if needed to maintain its appearance

Can you send the gift directly to the recipient?

Yes, we offer direct shipping to the recipient’s address, with proper gift wrapping and a personal message if requested

Can I include a personal note inside the gift?

Definitely, you can include a personal note. We’ll print it and place it inside the gift

Can I change the design after placing the order?

You can make changes to your order within 12 hours of placing it. After production begins, we may not be able to make modifications

Are the materials used natural or recyclable

We use high-quality materials, some of which are natural and recyclable. We always strive to choose eco-friendly options whenever possible

How long does it take to process the order?

All our products are made-to-order. Processing usually takes 3–5 business days before shipping.

What is the delivery time after production is completed?

Delivery depends on your chosen shipping method:

 1–3 business days

Can the order be delivered on a specific date?

Yes, you can request delivery on a specific date. Please note that additional shipping costs via DHL may apply for scheduled delivery.

Do you ship internationally? (Or only within [the country])

We ship only within Germany.

What is the shipping cost, and does it vary by region?

Shipping costs depend on the product, size, weight, and chosen shipping method.

Is there free shipping?

Yes, free shipping is available for orders over €150 within Germany.

Returns & Modifications

Can a customized product be returned or exchanged?

Since our products are custom-made according to your specifications, returns or exchanges are not possible, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

What if I'm not satisfied with the final result?

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, and we will review your request.

Can the product be modified after receiving it?

Unfortunately, products cannot be modified after delivery, as they are individually crafted based on the original order details.

Do you offer a warranty on the products?

Yes, all products are covered by the statutory warranty under German law for manufacturing defects.

In what cases can a refund be issued?


Refunds may be issued only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, after verification.

Refunds are not available for customized products if there is no defect.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled only before production has started.

Once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible.
