We currently ship within Germany only.
Orders are shipped via:
DHL
Deutsche Post
Processing time: (1–3 business days).
Delivery time within Germany: (2–4 business days).
Total estimated delivery time: usually: (3–7 business days.
Please note: For custom or handmade products, delivery times may be slightly longer. We will inform you of any delays.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight and dimensions of your order.
The exact fee will be clearly displayed in your cart before completing the purchase.
Orders over €150 qualify for free shipping within Germany
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
If tracking is available, a tracking number will be provided.
If you are located in Potsdam, you may pick up your order in person.
